From the 1st May 2016 the National NHS Education for Scotland Cochrane Provision will include access to Cochrane Clinical Answers.
Cochrane Clinical Answers covers 32 Clinical Specialties and provide a readable, digestible, clinically focused entry point to rigorous research from Cochrane systematic reviews. They are designed to be actionable and to inform decision making at the point of care. Each Cochrane Clinical Answer contains a clinical question, a short answer, and an opportunity to ‘drill down’ to the evidence from the Cochrane Review. The evidence is displayed in a user friendly format, mixing narrative, numbers and graphics. The target audience for Cochrane Clinical Answers is healthcare practitioners and professionals, and other informed health care decision-makers. Cochrane Clinical Answers have been developed by Cochrane Innovations Ltd. and Wiley Online Library.

Wiley has recently announced the launch of a new enhanced HTML format for systematic reviews in The Cochrane Library. In the new format, you’ll be able to view an article easily on the device of your choice, at your convenience.
What is Anywhere Systematic Review?
Anywhere Systematic Review focuses on improving the reading experience of articles on Wiley Online Library, in four simple ways:
Readability: superfluous information and clutter have been removed so that readers can focus on the article.
Navigation: the new layout and sidebar tray allow readers easy access to important information, such as references, at any point in the reading experience, without losing their place on the page.
Functionality: as well as viewing items such as figures, tables and references in context, readers can use new tools to browse through all these items in one place, and quickly navigate to their context in the article.
Mobility: the responsive HTML article will adapt to any device – desktop, tablet, or mobile – to give the optimal reading experience.
